Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that an arrival after 23:30 is not possible.
After booking, you will receive an email from the property asking you for your check-in time. You must reply to this email latest 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the property cannot guarantee check-in without considerable waiting time.
Please note that this accommodations consists of luxuriously furnished apartments, and is not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. The property's office is open between 10:00 and 12:00 from Mondays to Fridays. Check-in outside the normal office hours (or at weekends) can of course be organized but needed to be arranged individually with the accommodations.
On check-in, each guest will receive a mobile phone number to contact the property in case of emergencies.
For security reasons, the credit card used for booking must be provided at check-in.
For a stay of 8 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned weekly.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. That's about 168.34USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
