Pros: We got trapped in the lift with our baby. The young lady on reception was quick to act and showed concern and empathy. She is a credit to the hotel/pub. The room was an excellent size and very clean and breakfast was lovely.
Cons: Could have done with more tea bags in the room.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location for me as it is near my friends. The rooms are clean and spacious and more comfortable than you would expect for the price paid. Not that many facilities in the hotel but it is great for stop over or a couple of days. The staff are friendly and helpful so could not really ask for much more.
Cons: The breakfast is not worth the money in my mind as the quality is not that good and was barely warm. It is better value just down the road at frankie and bennies and hot with a better choice.

Pros: The location was convenient for the nature of the business we had planned.
Nice restaurant attached to the hotel which offered 2 for 1 meals.
Cons: The first room we had was very basic but the toilet did not flush, the reception staff soon moved us to another room with no hassle. The second room was a disabled room so everything was on a lower level, not ideal but we were only staying one night so we made do. Then I plugged my telephone in to charge it and the electric on that socket wasn't working, I pulled the plug out and the whole thing came off the wall (it was already broke, it had just been put back into place), I then understood why the electrics didn't work. Back down to reception as there is no phone in the room, they offered to move us again or we could have an adapter as there was only one more electric socket, we chose the adapter.
